We’ve fixed an issue where empty values in web submissions weren’t properly overwriting dropdown labels and global variables. Now, when a submission contains empty values (and “skip empty values” is not checked), those empty values will correctly override any existing data in dropdowns and global variables-making sure your forms always reflect the latest submission state.
Fixed an issue where Custom OTP verification wasn’t working in a specific scenario – when triggered from a button inside a custom modal.
Improved accessibility for message dialogs on Windows: Now, when a message opens, screen readers will announce the content in the right order and focus will stay on the message until closed, making navigation smoother for users with assistive tech.

We’ve fixed an issue where documents generated via Flow’s Generate Document node were defaulting to the name ‘Document’ instead of using the intended dynamic name – when uploading the file/s to OneDrive, Amazon S3, and Web push to Salesforce.
