You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging a support ticket. This helps Titan Support review your request, confirm the subscription details, and guide you through the cancellation process.
How can you Cancel your Subscription?
Select the My Account tab and navigate to the Billing subtab.
Click the Cancellation option and click the Open a Case button. The Open a Case screen opens.

Complete the Open a Case screen as follows:
If not automatically shown, select the Billing/Licenses option from the Case Type drop-down list.
Type your email address in the field.
Change the concise case subject in the field, if necessary. This subject is entered automatically: “I want to cancel.”
Type a short description of why you want to cancel. Please provide a full description of your issue in the field.
Upload a supporting file when you click on the Choose files field. This is optional and might not apply.
Click the Open button to open a case. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
